◾️ Overview

The Tokyo Consortium aims to establish Tokyo as a global hub city for startup ecosystems, thereby enhancing international competitiveness, fostering the creation and growth of startups, and ultimately achieving Tokyo's sustainable economic development. It also promotes activities to implement innovation from the startup ecosystem into society and give back to the community.

The "Deep Ecosystem" is a unique Tokyo Consortium initiative that selects startups poised for rapid growth with an eye toward global expansion, providing them with intensive support to accelerate their growth toward unicorn status. Selected companies receive support from diverse members leveraging the Tokyo Consortium's concentration and network, including domestic and international venture capitalists, institutional investors, and senior startups, with a focus on both domestic and overseas expansion.

Even if you are not currently a member of the Tokyo Consortium, you are welcome to apply if you support the Consortium's objectives. Non-members who apply will receive an email from the Secretariat at a later date with membership details (membership is free of charge).
