
■Overview
On Monday, February 16, 2026, we held the "Tokyo Startup Showcase — Social Implementation and Growth of Deep Ecosystem/Green Startups from the Tokyo Metropolitan Area" at Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) as part of the official program for SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 – Gathering Day.
This session was organized with the aim of serving as a starting point for startups and participants (including corporations, VCs, and CVCs) to engage in concrete discussions regarding the next phase—such as collaboration, pilot projects, and investment—by widely sharing the achievements gained through support for the Deep Ecosystem and green startups, as well as introducing newly selected companies.
On the day of the event, each startup presented its initiatives, business progress, and future outlook, providing participants with an opportunity to gain insight into the latest trends in growth areas and the challenges involved in implementation.

■ Participating Companies (Excerpt)
Each company shared an overview of its current business status, key points for future growth, and the results achieved through the Tokyo Consortium.
・ZenmuTech Co., Ltd.
The company introduced technologies and solutions designed to reduce the risk of data leaks by "de-identifying" data and managing it in a distributed manner. The presentation covered efforts toward implementation and potential future collaborations. Additionally, it was reported that through initiatives within the Tokyo Consortium, the company has gained a foothold for expanding distribution channels and strengthening sales of its flagship "PC data leak prevention product," as well as for building alliances leveraging its core technologies.

・Photreaction Co., Ltd.
The company offers a BPaaS solution for the construction industry that combines SaaS and AI-BPO to streamline construction project management. The presentation covered not only value propositions for general contractors but also those for the design and engineering sectors, along with plans for future expansion.

・MyDearest, Inc.
The company provides content and apps in the XR space, including VR, AR, and the metaverse. Additionally, it was announced that the company is strengthening its B2B and B2G service capabilities through the acquisition of Mogura. Regarding its collaboration with the Tokyo Consortium, it was shared that working with major corporations helped clarify the company’s business challenges.

・Asuene Co., Ltd.
The company provides one-stop services in the decarbonization and ESG sectors, including " EN," a cloud-based platform that supports the visualization, reduction, and reporting of CO2 emissions. Initiatives aimed at implementing and expanding decarbonization efforts were presented. It was reported that, through collaboration with the Tokyo Consortium, the company has not only secured meetings with potential clients and advanced partnership discussions but also established a track record of delivering high-quality sustainability reports.

EN Co., Ltd.
The company is promoting the development and provision of self-contained water supply infrastructure that utilizes technology to produce water from the air. Topics related to its implementation in society and future prospects were shared.

・LIGHTz Co., Ltd.
We provided solutions for the manufacturing industry powered by our proprietary AI technology for knowledge transfer. We shared updates on our business progress and our future outlook for societal implementation and growth. Through our initiatives with the Tokyo Consortium, we have clarified our business strategy and growth plans, and a clear path toward becoming a unicorn company has emerged.

・Planet Savers, Inc.
We are engaged in the research and development of DAC systems that use zeolite to directly capture CO₂ from the atmosphere. The presentation highlighted the key features of the technology and the key considerations for its implementation and scaling up. It was reported that our collaboration with the Tokyo Consortium has led to the launch of demonstration tests in the Tokyo Bay area and the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding DAC and underground storage overseas.

・Bioworks, Inc.
The company operates a textile business centered on polylactic acid fibers. From the perspectives of materials, circularity, and commercialization, the company shared insights on its current position regarding growth and potential opportunities for collaboration. During the panel discussion, participants shared that, through the support of the Tokyo Consortium, they were able to clarify which areas to tackle internally and which to outsource. They also reported progress in establishing concrete connections for overseas expansion, including the arrangement of meetings with global brands in the textile industry.

■Post-Event Survey
According to the survey (respondent pool), approximately 75% of respondents rated their satisfaction as “satisfied” or “very satisfied,” indicating a high overall level of satisfaction. Furthermore, the primary objective for connecting with startups was “exploring collaboration,” and there was a noticeable trend toward seeking entry points for concrete forms of cooperation, such as proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and joint research.
■ Summary
The Tokyo Startup Showcase was held as a forum to share the "social implementation" and "growth" of deep ecosystem and green startups, along with concrete business progress and challenges. Participants expressed interest in "next steps" such as collaboration, pilot projects, and joint research, reaffirming the event’s potential as a starting point for co-creation.
